As chairman and CEO of Shamrock Bancshares, Carolyn Watson wanted to improve the quality of life in the rural Oklahoma communities where Shamrock Banks are located.

Through the establishment of the Rural Oklahoma Community Foundation, she has been able to reach her goal.

Since 1995, more than $440,000 in grants has helped to improve the education, community appearance, economic development and arts and humanities in these communities.

It has all been made possible by Carolyn Watson's vision and leadership of Shamrock Bancshares.
