Lost/Stolen Debit Card

There are multiple ways you can report a lost or stolen Shamrock Bank Debit Card:

From your personal device:

  • Log in to your Shamrock Bank Mobile App or Online Banking.
  • Navigate to Card Management.
  • Deactivate the compromised/lost debit card.
  • Then select Report Card Lost/Stolen.

During normal banking hours:

Anytime:

  • Call (888) 297-3416 to close your debit card.
